Call the Meeting to Order

C. Campbell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Education for Change Public Schools to order on Tuesday Dec 9, 2025 at 5:04 PM.

Approve minutes from previous meeting

M. Barr made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 12-01-25.
M. Paulino seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Review 2024-25 Audit

Staff presented an overview of the 2024-25 audit and addressed Board questions.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:32 PM.

*PRESENTATIONS ON AGENDA ITEM - Any person wishing to speak to any item on the agenda will be granted three minutes to make a presentation at the time of that item.
