Call the Meeting to Order

M. Barr called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Education for Change Public Schools to order on Tuesday Sep 2, 2025 at 5:02 PM.

Approve minutes from previous meeting

C. Campbell made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 06-02-25.
M. Barr seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Unaudited Actuals

Staff reviewed presentation and addressed board questions.

Proposed Fiscal Policies and Procedures Updates

Board reviewed the change and will bring to full board.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:19 PM.

*PRESENTATIONS ON AGENDA ITEM - Any person wishing to speak to any item on the agenda will be granted three minutes to make a presentation at the time of that item.
