C. | Declaration of Need | |
EFC must file a declaration of need for fully qualified educators per the state of California commission on teacher credentialing certification division. This is a new requirement for charter schools and a document that we must update and submit every year based on anticipated certificated hiring needs. It authorizes EFC to apply for emergency credential documents
