M. Tucker made a motion to approve the minutes from 1st Quarterly Governance Meeting on 09-20-22.

The committee had a brief discussion about Ms. Gould's presentation about how to advocate for CASA Academy.

Discussion of board approval prospective board members Shannon Mataele and Michael Roosevelt.
