CASA Academy Governing Board meetings will take place at the CASA Academy campus (1500 W Maryland Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015). Per A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice of meetings for CASA Academy and any of its committees will be posted on this website. Notices will also be posted in the front office of CASA Academy (1500 W Maryland Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015), which is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Call the Meeting to Order
T. Clayton Cundy called a meeting of the Growth Committee of CASA ACADEMY to order on Monday Feb 5, 2018 at 5:47 PM.
II. Growth
A.
Discuss Potential Growth Options
Discussion regarding growth brainstorming options and pros/cons of each option. Discussion regarding pre-k, funding, teach recruitment and expanding to higher grades. Discussions regarding AZ merit, our charter, and how AZ gives letter grades to schools. Discussion regarding replication. We need to do more research, especially around funding a pre-k. Look at what areas we want to be present in and other schools (higher grade levels) that we can partner with.

Adjourn Meeting
Another committee meeting first week of May 15, 5:30pm.
E. Bolick made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
M. Tucker seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:34 PM.
