Call the Meeting to Order
D. Puente called a meeting of the Facility Committee of CASA ACADEMY to order on Monday Nov 7, 2016 at 5:37 PM.

Approve Minutes
D. Puente made a motion to approve minutes from the Facility Committee Meeting on 10-17-16 Facility Committee Meeting on 10-17-16.
M. Dahlen seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:20 PM.

Jenna will insert fence cost into proposed lease- should church split this with Jenna?- JENNA
FC will calculate range for cost per square foot, utilities cost and supplies cost.- DANIELLE, TIA, JENNA
We will approach for a 3 year lease.
Agenda
Let them know what we are thinking:
- Show them outline of what we want
- Discuss walls being knocked down
- Discuss expanded space/ need for fence
- Discuss shared space in Burns Hall
- Discuss that we need to further research our cost per square footage costs, utilities costs, etc.
We will share documents in advance with the church so that they can meet in advance if needed.
