P. Vemulapalli made a motion to approve minutes from the Finance Committee Meeting on 04-25-16 Finance Committee Meeting on 04-25-16.
T. Wee seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Pavan to send out emails prior to June board meeting.
