Call the Meeting to Order
N. Arrowsmith called a meeting of the board of trustees of CASA ACADEMY to order on Monday May 16, 2016 at 6:03 PM.

Approve Minutes

A.
200 Day Calendar
P. Vemulapalli made a motion to to approve a 200-day academic calendar for CASA Academy in the event that the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools does not approve CASA's proposed amendment to change its calendar to a 180-day calendar.
D. Brown seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
