Starting 7/1/2017 prop 206 goes into effect. Part of it is reporting time off to the individual employees.

  • Employers must also provide employees either in or on an attachment to the employee’s paycheck: (1) the amount of earned paid sick time available to the employee, (2) the amount of earned paid sick time taken by the employee to date in the year, and (3) the amount of pay time the employee has received as earned paid sick time;
PCS has the ability to track this through payroll.

 

Implementation Fee: $150.00 (waived if approval received by 5/31/17 – early bird special)
Per pay Period Fee $10.00

 

Have your clients email PCS directly to set this up (if you already haven't) prior to 5/31 so the can avoid the $150 fee.
