The Governor John Engler Center for Charter Schools (“Center”) has prepared the attached Charter Contract (“Contract”) Amendment No. 1 for the Escuela Avancemos! (“Academy”) Board’s review and approval. This Contract Amendment includes standardized language changes required based on recent legislative actions that amended the Revised School Code. Also attached is a matrix to clearly demonstrate the affected provisions of the Contract: Terms and Conditions, Amended Bylaws and Schedule 4: Oversight, Compliance and Reporting Agreement.
