Pupil Progression Plan goes thru committee before board vote then how finances apply to PPP.
Metrics: New policies by OPSB, State, BESE - how should board advocate? Highly qualified and certified is coming back around again.

-Share any Benchmark Data for schools

Rachel clarified Board Role; school will set academic goals. Enrollment should be part of academics. Establish enrollment goals and report out applications for each school, process of applying, and how parents find out.
Committee discussed the staff turnover each year- challenges in teacher retention.
