  A. 2020-2021 Enrollment Updates
   
The Administration will present information on current enrollment, enrollment challenges and implications for the organization based on this information.
  B. 2020-2021 School Year Calendar Update
   
The Administration requests that the Board approve the following updates to the school year calendar:

 

-change September 18, 2020 from a Teacher Professional Development Day to a student make-up day (From Hurricane Laura)
-change November 20, 2020 from a Full Day of Report Card Conferences to a student make-up day (From Hurricane Laura)

 

The above make-up days will be distance learning days.
  C. Approval of Bus Contract (K & S Transportation)
   
The Administration recommends that the board approve a transportation contract with K & S Transportation as outlined to provide yellow bus transportation for the Audubon Gentilly campus as required by the school charter.
III. Governance Concerns
  A. Election of Board Members
   
The FAME Board will entertain a motion to elect Jorge Perez and Harold Trey LeBlanc to the FAME Board beginning in January 1, 2021.

The CEO Search Committee Chairperson will provide updates on the search process and next steps.

  A. Compliance Concerns
   
The Administration will share information regarding the non-compliance findings of the LA-4 State Funds Desk Audit conducted by LADOE this summer.  Administration will also share the Corrective Action Plan which has been put in place to address the findings and resolve the findings.
