Election of FAME Board Officers
The Chairperson of the FAME Board will facilitate the election of officers of the FAME Board for 2020. Each member of the board of directors will cast a voice vote for their selection for each of the following positions:
Adoption of the Louisiana Compliance Questionnaire
As required by the Legislative Auditor, the Administration recommends that the FAME board adopts the completed Louisiana Compliance Questionnaire to satisfy the requirements of our annual financial audit.
The board Chairperson will entertain a motion and conduct a vote for approval to move into Executive Session to discuss a settlement report on current litigation.
