M. Louderback called a meeting of the board of directors of Bridges Charter School to order on Monday Nov 12, 2018 at 8:06 AM.

A.

Consideration of Temporary School Closure

Kelly spoke to the board about the air quality and the anticipation of parents and teachers being unable to attend.
E. Morrissey made a motion to close Bridges for one day, November 13, 2018.
B. Hodge seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Consideration of Cancellation of November 13, 2018, Board Meeting and Setting New Date

E. Morrissey made a motion to cancel the board meeting on November 12, 2018 and move the board meeting from December 10, 2018 to December 3, 2018.
B. Hodge seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
