Bridges Board Bylaws allow no less than five (5) Directors and no more than nine (9). The board will discuss and vote on a reduction of the number of directors. |

An important part of the current success of the Kindergarten Program is the environment and teaching strategies that have been developed over the years. Ms. Tina Lorch has has invested a lot of time, energy, and funds into the kindergarten classroom. All non-consumable materials, appliances, and furniture, with the exception of the computers, the Express Reader Curriculum, and standard issued school tables and chairs were purchased by Tina. With the goal of supporting a successful transition for a new teacher, Bridges intends to purchase the materials from Tina Lorch for $5,000 for the contents of the classroom.
