The subject line of your email MUST include PUBLIC COMMENT September 29, 2021. You will be given 3 minutes to make your presentation. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Board cannot enter into formal discussion with individuals making public comments to the Board. The Board cannot take action on any issues raised during public comments that are not on the meeting agenda. Individual members may respond to public comments during the individual Board Members section.

Seleta Dobrosky, MSN, RN, PHN, Infectious Disease Prevention Administrator will join the Board to present on updated county COVID numbers and address questions related to COVID safety and prevention.

Given AB361, The Governing Board must make a finding every 30 days on the continuation of the State of Emergency in order to continue holding board meetings virtually. The Board will consider the circumstances of the State of Emergency and determine if the current State of Emergency continues to directly impact the ability of members to meet safely in person. A State of Emergency can be declared if the officials continue to impose or recommend measures to promote social distancing.
