J. O'Connell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vertus High School to order on Tuesday Feb 6, 2024 at 2:20 PM.

Approve Minutes
E. Gallina made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Meeting on 01-09-24.
J. O'Connell seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Other Business
A.
Metropolitan Bank Call
- The committee took a call with Metropolitan Bank to understand the bank's ultra insured account program to determine if we are interested in using the program for our cash balance.
