A. Bell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vertus High School to order on Wednesday Sep 9, 2026 at 2:33 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Bell made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Meeting on 08-11-26.
J. O'Connell seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

We reviewed the monthly reports. No material concerns.

We will discuss this at a future meeting, nothing actionable at this time.

Investment Review
We will be presenting investment review results to the board in the form of a memo and will continue to memorialize those conversations with KeyBank.

We discussed internal policies around gift receipt for the school and internal memos for the investment review meetings with KeyBank for future use (along with a prefilled template). We will share the next investment review memo with the board for the 9/30/2026 performance figures.
