Call the Meeting to Order
A. Bell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vertus High School to order on Tuesday Aug 11, 2026 at 2:10 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Bell made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Meeting on 07-14-26.
J. O'Connell seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Financial Policies & Procedures
We discussed best practices relating to approval and review for material changes to the budget and the thresholds associated. We are continuing to discuss internally following this meeting.

Stock Gift Draft Policy
We will discuss this at the next committee meeting once more finalized and may potentially revisit as a part of the SOP review.
