Call the Meeting to Order
A. Bell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vertus High School to order on Tuesday Jun 9, 2026 at 2:04 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Bell made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Meeting on 05-05-26.
J. O'Connell seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

26-27 Budget Draft
We briefly discussed the budget and some minor updates relating to incoming grants. We will be sharing the budget with the board at the next meeting for approval, along with a summary.
C.
Stock Gift Draft Policy
We reviewed the stock gift draft policy that was drafted. We need to do a few revisions to it once we discuss with KeyBank. We also discussed a donor facing gift policy acceptance letter. Final drafts will be presented at the next meeting for approval.
We briefly discussed the building's expansion plans.
