Call the Meeting to Order
A. Bell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vertus High School to order on Monday Apr 13, 2026 at 1:30 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Bell made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Meeting on 03-10-26.
E. Gallina seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Monthly Reports Review
We reviewed the monthly reports. No material concerns.
C.
Short Term Investment Strategy
Chris from LVW Advisors emailed us asking about the cash management account. We are going to do a full t bill ladder as no short term cash is needed. We will ask Chris to email the committee for when they mature and then we can formalize at the next finance meeting in our minutes.
D.
26-27 Budget Draft
We reviewed the 26-27 budget draft. We would like to have more fundraising discussions with the board and revisit that line item. No concerns at this time.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 2:41 PM.

We reviewed the portfolio that is now fully invested. No material concerns. We discussed the asset allocation of the endowment and perhaps moving to a 60/40 allocation. We will continue to discuss as a committee and Julie will give some thought to cash needs across the board.
