A. Bell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vertus High School to order on Tuesday Jan 13, 2026 at 2:06 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Bell made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Meeting on 12-09-25.
J. O'Connell seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Banking Relationship
We discussed different banking options for our excess cash reserves. We will compile a summary to discuss at our next board meeting.
We discussed the funding possibilities for the expansion, CSP.
