Call the Meeting to Order
A. Bell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vertus High School to order on Tuesday Dec 9, 2025 at 2:04 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Bell made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Meeting on 11-11-25.
E. Gallina seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Finance

Monthly Reports Review
We will review the monthly reports later this week.

Banking Relationship
We are in process of setting up meetings to review our banking relationships later this year.
