Call the Meeting to Order
A. Bell called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vertus High School to order on Tuesday Oct 14, 2025 at 2:07 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Bell made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Finance Meeting on 09-09-25.
E. Gallina seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Monthly Reports Review

Audit Review
We reviewed a draft of the audited financial statements with MMB & Co. as well as the report to the Board of Trustees. This was approved.
We briefly discussed the yield on cash positions and will continue to evaluate this with Key.
We briefly discussed the lease.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 3:00 PM.
