V. Van Voorhis called a meeting of the board of trustees of Vertus High School to order on Tuesday May 20, 2025 at 4:54 PM.

D. Johnson made a motion to approve the minutes from Board Meeting on 04-22-25.
S. Ash seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
