Call the Meeting to Order
V. Van Voorhis called a meeting of the board of trustees of Vertus High School to order on Tuesday May 20, 2025 at 4:08 PM.
II. Agenda Items

Meeting Dates, Time, & Place 2025-2026
D. Johnson made a motion to Approve the Board Meeting Schedule for school year 2025-2026, as amended.
C. Gantt seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
Board Officer Vote
J. O'Connell made a motion to Elect the following Board Members as Officers:
Board Chair: Victoria VanVoorhis
Board Co-Vice Chairs: Deke Johnson and Jack O'Connell
Treasurer: Allison Bell
Secretary: Calvin Gantt.
D. Johnson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
