J. Zamorski seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

J. Dew made a motion to approve the minutes from CMCS Board of Directors Meeting on 08-17-26.

Difficulty getting in touch with Nickie T. We are going to start making daily calls.

Filing period ends on Sept 24. One candidate right now. Voting will be conducted the week of Oct 5

Review Special Hearing Process
Discussion re: hearing process. Suggestion to look at process. Should all parties be expected to present information in the same manner. Look into further.

Board Retreat
Discussion of Board retreat. What does it look like going forward? Add on sessions to current meeting schedule. Summer one day retreat. Will continue to discuss.
