DRAFT BOT Goals SY24-25: 

1.     The Board will seek to increase engagement from the broader MCCPS community, with an emphasis on out-of-district families, by assuming a greater presence at school events, class/parent dinners, and Exhibition, while conducting consistent community outreach. 
 
2.     The Board will decide whether to move forward with the establishment of an MCCPS Foundation by researching requirements, examining financial implications, and developing a clear implementation plan for such an endeavor. Should the Board elect to move forward, it will conduct a vote to establish such a Foundation and will name the person(s) responsible for executing the agreed upon implementation plan. 
 
3.     The Board and its members will continue to improve the Board’s operating procedures by agreeing upon specific areas in need of improvement, identifying remediation measures, and facilitating the development of new Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) for the chosen area(s).
